parking wines have been produced for ages in the Gaillac area, using the sugar naturally contained in Mauzac and Len de l'el grapes. It's sparkle develops in the bottle as it waits to dance in your glass.
The dry is elegant, fruity, fresh and particularly adapted for the aperitif.
The sweet is easy to drink especially for dessert.
The semi-dry is refined and can be served as either as an aperitif or with a dessert.
To be chilled at 7 to 8°C.
